We like many qualities about her but I think what sets her apart is she knows how to balance giving us freedom to decide every step of our wedding as well as advising us professionally on what works and what doesn’t. Our wedding was not a typical or traditional wedding so we encountered unique obstacles. Nicole was always up for the challenge. There was no problem that she didn’t tackle and resolve with ease.
She is professional and personable at the same time. We like how she ran our meetings and made it easy for us. Despite our huge time difference of 13 hours, she was always responsive and that was important for us. She took care of coordinating with the venue and the vendors, even visiting the venue which was 4 hours away from the city.
